Lemon Pound Cake recipe

Ingredients
2 1/2 c Bisquick? baking mix
1 c Sugar
1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
1/3 c Butter; softened
3 Eggs
1/2 c Milk
1 tb Lemon peel; grated
GLAZE
1/2 c Powdered sugar
1 tb Lemon juice
Instructions
Heat oven to 350F degrees. Grease and flour loaf pan, 9 X 5 X 3″. Beat all ingredients except lemon peel and glaze on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in lemon peel. Pour batter into pan. Bake 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool 10 minutes. Invert onto wire rack; cool completely. Drizzle with glaze. For glaze beat powdered sugar and lemon juice with spoon until smooth.
